Elizabeth King is an independent journalist in Chicago covering repression and resistance.

You can find Elizabeth’s work in various national publications including Allure, In These Times, the Independent, the Nation, New York, Pacific Standard, The Poetry Foundation, Rewire.News, Rolling Stone, Splinter, Teen Vogue, and several Vice channels. Elizabeth wrote the cover story, The New Green Scare, for the October/ November 2019 issue of The Progressive magazine. She was previously a news writer for Brit+Co, and a contributing writer for Pacific Standard.
