Micaela Pacheco Ceballos

Micaela Pacheco Ceballos joins PRA with experience in advocacy, research, and data management. Most recently, she supported human rights defenders facing threats to their lives and livelihoods as a grants manager for the Fund for Global Human Rights’ Latin America and South Asia programs. Micaela holds an M.A. in International Economics and Latin American Studies from Johns Hopkins University, where she was a recipient of the Marielle Franco Fellowship and the Myrna Mack Research Fellowship. She also holds a B.A. in Sociology from Harvard University.
