Kate Ott

Kate Ott, Deputy Director of the Religious Institute, is co-author of the second edition of A Time to Speak: Faith Communities and Sexuality Education and author and project director of Sex and the Seminary: Preparing Ministers for Sexual Health and Justice. She is the co-editor of Just Hospitality: God’s Welcome in a World of Difference, as well as a contributing author to ThoughtfulChristian.com. Dr. Ott has over 15 years of church-related experience in campus ministry, youth ministry, and Christian education programs. She holds a doctorate in Christian Social Ethics from Union Theological Seminary in the city of New York.
