Zachary Moon

Rev. Zachary Moon Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Practical Theology at Chicago Theological Seminary. He is the author of two books: Warriors between Worlds: Moral Injury and Identities in Crisis (Lexington Books, 2019) and Coming Home: Ministry That Matters with Veterans and Military Families (Chalice Press, 2015). He consults nationwide on issues including trauma and resilience, moral injury, the role of faith communities in post-deployment reintegration. He is the co-chair of the Moral Injury and Recovery unit of the American Academy of Religion.
