New Apostolic Reform­ation

The A movement originally identified and named in the 1990s by evangelical theologian C. Peter Wagner. The NAR has since become the leading political and cultural vision of the Pentecostal and Charismatic wing of evangelical Christianity. The NAR is Dominionist, and it seeks to influence and ultimately control seven spheres or “mountains” of society: government, business, education, religion, arts & entertainment, family, and media. For several decades the NAR has led the abandonment of traditional evangelical and mainline Protestant denominations in favor of prayer networks.
